Sylvia is patient. She has a soft toned voice which my boys took well too. My boys loved their daily walks and park trips. She followed my detailed schedule with no issues. She was always on time and very flexible if we had something pop up. She watched my puppy as well, and he was so spoiled! If we still lived in a California I would not hesitate hiring Sylvia again. Our loss, your gain!!
