Olivia is absolutely the best! She cared for my pets while I was away for a week and went above and beyond expectations. Olivia gave each cat individual attention and affection upon arrival, while caring for their dairy needs timely and effectively, including administering meds for a young recent rescue probably better than I do. One day she had a question about a procedure, but instead of making an assumption, she texted me for instructions which is very professional, responsible and considerate.
