About Susan

I have helped many clients overcome personal challenge by helping them create meaningful and sustainable self care practices to support in the development of optimal well-being. I have served as patient liaison within the alternative health sector, my recent role as neuropathy case manager helping patients heal by creating holistic treatment plans and nutritional protocols. I have a serving heart and my purpose is in helping others. I am a certified yoga therapist and nutritional &wellness consultant. I am nurturing & caring with an innate desire to help those in need. I would identify my top people skills as ope listening, seeking to understand, communication and patience. Everyone has a need to be seen and heard and I feel that this is particularly true for the collective elder population. I enjoy a simple and peaceful life.
