I'd describe my personality as Patient, Compassionate and Empathetic. I like caring for seniors because it's deeply fulfilling since it allows me to make a meaningful impact on their lives during a stage that often comes with unique challenges. I value my patients, their life experiences, and stories. I feel honored to provide the support and compassion they deserve. My skills include but are not limited to; Assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Assisting patients with medication and monitoring vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration). Providing mobility support, including transfers, repositioning, and ambulation. Feeding and monitoring nutritional intake. Working with seniors gives me the opportunity to offer companionship, alleviate feelings of isolation, and ensure their dignity and well-being are prioritized.
