I am an experienced nanny with 30+ years of carrying infants (including premature babies), toddlers, and older kids. I find it incredibly rewarding to nurture children and support their development physically, socially, and emotionally. With infants, I prioritize having their needs met such as regular feedings and nap time, while also having plenty of interactive play indoors and outdoors. I have enjoyed with older children include phonics, reading, arts & crafts, singing and dancing, As a mom of three grown children, being a nanny is incredibly meaningful, even therapeutic. It is a great way to make use of my wisdom to benefit future generation.

I am writing this as a pediatrician mom-of-two: Sue is the BEST nanny we have ever had. We hired Sue when our preemie baby came back from the hospital and she has truly been a baby whisperer for us for the past few months. I wish more than anything we could keep her forever, but she needed more hours than we could give. I am truly heartbroken to lose such a caring, warm, peaceful presence in our lives.  She was amazing with our baby and 3-year-old. Any family would be lucky to have her. 

She misrepresented her rate. It clearly says $45/hour and in our phone conversation she raised it to $55/hr for recurring this was after talking to us for awhile. Completely wasted both of our time. Don’t know why anyone would do this. 

Sue has been our toddler son’s nanny for the past year, and we couldn’t be happier with her care. Finding a truly skilled nanny in the Bay Area is difficult, so we feel incredibly fortunate to have found Sue.

Our son has a sensitive temperament and is typically wary of new people, to such a degree that makes short-term caretakers impractical for us. From the beginning, however, he bonded quickly with Sue. Every Monday morning—after spending the weekend with us—he greets her with a big smile and eager hugs.

Sue keeps him engaged with age-appropriate activities: trips to the neighborhood playground, story time at the library, playdates with other toddlers, and leisurely walks around the block. Throughout the day she sends us plenty of photos and updates, giving us peace of mind and letting us share in his adventures.

Because he is our first child, we were naturally cautious when selecting a nanny. After only a few months with Sue, we felt completely at ease leaving him in her care. Over the past year he has thrived physically, emotionally, and cognitively—thanks in no small part to her patient, attentive approach.

We plan to ask Sue back when we have a second child, and we recommend her without reservation to any family seeking a warm, reliable, and highly capable nanny. She is definitely a rare gem in the competitive Bay Area nanny market.

We hired Sue after interviewing and trying multiple other nannies. Our daughter got along with her almost instantly. She is very dedicated to the task of taking care of infant. Our daughter had a diaper rash when Sue joined and she took the initative of washing it with soap each time. This made all the difference and her diaper rash improved in no time. 
She is always on time and can independently take care of our daughter while me and my husband work. 
Sue insures that my daughter has ample tummy time, exercise and sleep. Before Sue joined my daughter only took bottle in her sleep. Sue also helped in improving her feeding habit.

Sue cared for our two children (ages 1 and 3) for two weeks. She did an awesome job! 

She took them to the park, kept them fed and hydrated, put them down for naps, made sure they had sun screen and even went swimming with them a couple times. 

She was especially helpful with our older child who was a bit of extra work as he is going through the potty training process, trying underpants for the first time, etc. 

I'd highly recommend Sue. She's was great  with the children. And they really liked her. 

Sue worked with my 1 yo child for three days, when I needed urgent help. I liked talking to Sue over the phone, so I decided to try working with her, and I'm so happy I did. Sue was fantastic with my son, she is very gentle and soft. She entertained him, engaged him, gave him baths, fed him, and took on walks. I will gladly work with Sue again. 

Sue is our real-life Mary Poppins! She has helped us many times with our three young children and always arrives with a “can-do” attitude and immediately engages with the family. She is full of kindness and grace and takes excellent care of our children. We always look forward to seeing Sue.

Sue is a warm, attentive, wise, and loving nanny. We are so grateful for the expert care she provides to our 7 month old! 
At first, our little one struggled to accept bottle feeds, preferring to be nursed. We worried that she would never take a bottle! But Sue was patient, kind, and persistent. She explored different feeding techniques and actively problem solved. Now our babe eats great from a bottle and we truly have Sue to thank for it!

Sue is an incredibly empathetic child-led care taker. She's been very attentive to our 7yo girl and 4yo son every time she comes. Our kids quickly took to her. My daughter especially loves her gorgeous braiding skills.

Sue is already flexible, ready to jump in to help cook, food prep, and clean in addition to childcare if the need is there. She's always on time, communicates responsively over text, and consistently gives me a good rundown of how the day went. I'd recommend her in a heartbeat!

Sue has been taking care of our toddler over the weekends for a few months and she has been absolutely wonderful. Her biggest asset is that she gives her complete attention to our child and focuses on his needs and personality. She is gentle and caring. Our son bonded with Sue almost immediately and waits for her to come over the weekend. Sue has also always been punctual and reliable and that gives peace of mind.

Sue has been taking care of our baby girl for 5 months now, since she was 6 months old. Sue is a true baby whisperer, and hit it off with our little one right away. For instance she managed to gracefully handle nap time the very first week, even though our baby was going through a sleep regression. Our daughter loves her and we can tell that the feeling is mutual, which for us is most important in a caregiver. Sue takes her out for long walks, library, parks, music class, she helps us with baby laundry, etc. She has been very helpful with our baby-led weaning efforts, bringing new and interesting foods for her to try, cooking foods, and making sure they are easy to grasp and chew. She is a great and also very healthy cook. Sue is quite artistic and creative... she comes up with what we call "Sue hacks" all the time, finding out of the box solutions to all sorts of issues. We love our nanny!

Sue is wonderful. She was able to connect with my daughter. She was punctual and cooked really healthy and tasty food.

Sue is a experienced professional. Sue cared for my daughter like her own, she is responsible and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend hiring Sue. She was very active with my daughter and took her on many playground visits which she loves. You're child(ren) are in great hands with her.

Sue is great with our 10 month old son, she keeps him engaged all day and has been able to get him to nap when most people can't! She also can get him to eat quite a bit during the day, even though he gets distracted easily.

Sue has been an extremely patient and attentive nanny to my 2 month old. She understands that each child is different and is very patient with both the baby and the family. It's often difficult to find dependable help, but Sue has been very reliable and easy to work with.

Over the time that Nanny Sue cared for our daughter, we saw our little one reach several milestones (developing better sleep habits, learning to self-soothe, growing stronger to be able to start crawling, starting solids, etc.). We also noticed our daughter thriving emotionally building a strong connection early on with Nanny Sue. It really felt like she cared for our daughter like a member of her own family. Any family would be lucky to work with her.

Sue is a perfect fit for baby sitting. My daughter and Sue became friends immediately. Sue read books, played outside, did activity books together. I am very happy with her and the experience.
