Hello! I am a lead preschool teacher for my class aged 2-4 and The ECE music teacher for kids aged 0-5. I also have experience running school aged afterschool childcare for the ymca and a full service summer camp. I have always known I wanted to be a teacher and I wanted to be that trusted adult that Is always the champion for the kids. Right now I can confidently say that I am living that dream :) I find the significance in being a care giver at my age is so incredible because of how few and far between you will find someone like me. I am a young black musician living in the mountains and works with early aged children and I chose this path because I want to be the representation a lot of kids don't see everyday. Not only for the black community but for all communities. Me being in this field automatically challenges the stereotypes of black male educators and I plan to be the best I can be so that my leadership sets the tone for our future leaders. So pick me!
