In addition, I worked for iFoster where I was able to connect families with resources, and provide them with the direct care it takes to help youth progress. I have a special expertise with resources in the community nationally and locally. I have spent time providing one on one care to multiple youth at the Children's Village by being a role model and changing negative behaviors to positive behaviors. I believe my experiences with out sourcing resources, agencies, supporting ideas will meet the needs of the youth at your agency. At iFoster I learned to be a skilled communicator able to work in multi-disciplinary setting and maintain strong relationships with multiple agencies and organizations both onsite and in the community.
