Childcare experience: - Behavioral Therapist: Worked with children ages 2-14 with developmental disabilities, most commonly autism. Responsible for their safety and wellbeing, and was a means of support to help kids thrive in their home, school, and play environments. Worked with each child 2-12 hours per week. - Educational Assistant in Maryland, provided 1:1 behavioral, emotional, and academic support to middle-school aged children with developmental disabilities in a classroom setting. - Program Manager: Led daily after-school college, career, and civic engagement programs for high school youth. - Additional experience: inclusion counselor, part-time nanny, swim coach, and tutor, with experience caring for multiple children at once.
