About Stephanie

As a natural empath, I am passionate about nurturing the growth and development of children. Six years ago I started working in childcare and now I can say this is a passion of mine. I am creative and imaginative when it comes to play and teaching. I love being active, creating games and art, and listening to each child mind to learn how to care for them the way they need. I believe that open and honest communication is key to building strong relationships with parents. I follow their preferred communication method to provide regular updates about their child's day and address any issues that may arise. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring that children understand and follow them.
