I am patient, calm, and approachable, and I effectively communicate with parents about their child's day or any issues that arise. I follow the parents' preferred communication method, whether that be written daily reports or regular updates via text or phone call. I am comfortable enforcing household rules, and I always follow the parents' lead. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports and physical games, educational games that promote learning, and technology-based games and apps.
