Above anything, we are so grateful to know Stephanie as a person. She blew our expectations out of the water - she is incredibly qualified, attentive, organized, honest, and loving. She is a person of integrity, which reflected in our 'professional' relationship. Stephanie and our little guy have a very special bond - I've often gushed to friends that I would consider working out of the home JUST SO THAT we could have Stephanie's influence in our little guy's life. Her background in the Montessori setting (as well as being a mother herself) has contributed to a level of confidence and insight into childhood development and behaviors that I found helpful and comforting as a new mom. If not for extenuating circumstances, we would have hoped to have Stephanie in our lives for the next several years. Your family would be very fortunate to have her. <3
