I interviewed Stephanie for a part-time nannying position. She has a good amount of experience with both infants and young kids and has worked with some families for a long time. This indicated to me that she is reliable and that her employers really liked having her watch their kids. As a person Stephanie was very friendly and I enjoyed getting to know her. I ultimately hired someone else who was a slightly better match for our schedule and needs, but I am comfortable recommending her and hope she is able to connect with a family in the area!
