About Noella

We were so lucky to have Noella as part of our nanny share for the last 2 years! She was wonderful with our kiddos and was quick to form a strong bond with them both. She is intuitive and empathetic, and always made sure our children felt loved and their needs were met. She supported our parenting style and provided wonderful structure and consistency - with the right amount of silliness and fun as well :) Noella was communicative and provided fantastic feedback about our kids, and was comfortable sharing recommendations on things we may want to shift or change in our approach as they grew and their needs changed. It goes without saying that Noella has become a part of our family; the only reason we had to say goodbye to Noella was because both kids are starting preschool in the fall. We will miss seeing our "No-No" each day!
