About Stella

My passion for nurturing young minds and my 20 years of experience in previous teaching roles led me to become a caregiver. As a patient, creative, and approachable individual, I strive to create a safe and stimulating environment for children. I believe in open and regular communication with parents, using their preferred method, to discuss their child's day and address any concerns. While I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules, I have experience playing educational games that promote learning and enjoy engaging in board games and puzzles with children. As a New York State Certified Teaching Assistant, I possess an equivalent to an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education. I am comfortable caring for one child. I am also willing to assist with meal preparation and housekeeping. I have CPR/FIRST AID Certification in hand.
