I contacted her for after surgery care. She agreed to help me. I thought I was all set with home care. I messaged her and asked for her phone number so we can better communicate. She disappeared for 3 days. On the third day she sent me a message apologizing because her notifications were off and that she had corrected the issue and can communicate better now. She reassured me that she would help me with whatever I needed and to look no further. I sent her multiple messages afterwards and never heard back. She left me hanging with just a few days before my surgery. Very unreliable and very undependable. I would not count on her for any help!
