Stacey communicates well and is well worth the money. She is a natural with my two girls (7 months and 2). They liked her right away and she finds solutions to problems quickly. Stacey takes initiative and doesn't require micromanagement. Her calm demeanor and musical background make her a perfect fit for caring for children under 5. Stacey is reachable and has been available for me on two occasions for last minute care. I would highly recommend Stacey.
