The best jobs I've had have been the ones in which I've worked with children due to their curious nature and fascination with exploring the world around them through play. I think young children have great intuition when it comes to this interest, and I want to encourage and engage them in that through nannying, in addition to meeting their basic needs. I have aimed to "play" more myself recently, through trying to properly learn pickleball and tennis. As a former psychology student who values mental health, I see the importance of engaging children in enriching, real-world activities which socialize them and get them thinking outside the box.
