Renata has been watching my two kids (3&1) for several weeks. She has always shown up early or on time. When she needed time off around Christmas, she notified me over a month in advance. She is kind, patient, and interacts great with the kids. She even brings over activities. On occasion, she took it upon herself to fold some laundry. I would highly recommend her (-:
