While performing all of the required activities of a nanny, such as cleaning duties like household chores, diaper changing, preparing meals, playing with the children, nap times, and etc., it is important to me that I spend time discussing with the parents of the children their activities for the day, the condition of the child, how the child was throughout the day, as well as any ideas that I or they may have to create a progressive, healthy, educational, and beneficial environment for the child. The exposure children have to their environment is critical in their development and growth, which is why I believe consistent discussion and progress check is important in ensuring a child's well-being.

Solanyi has been a pleasure to work with. She is punctual, trustworthy, caring, and honest. She was just FANTASTIC with our children and we could not have asked for someone better than her. She worked with us back in 2010 for about 2.5 years, but we never had the chance to do something meaningful for Solanyi. Now, we are able to share our experience and recommendation for her. What we really loved about Solanyi was that she was eager to work with us to see how she can maximize her impact for our children's development. You usually don't find someone like that.
