We were incredibly lucky to have Lena as our nanny for our son. She is a very special person with a calming energy and from the moment our son first met her, at just 7 months old, he was immediately open to her. It was clear from the start that Lena was not just a caregiver, but a deeply kind, nurturing individual who genuinely loved our son as her own. Lena is caring, patient, and exceptionally knowledgeable. She took the time to understand our parenting style as well as our sons unique character and behaviors. She was also a great source of thoughtful advice and insights, which were incredibly helpful as we navigated the challenges of being new parents while balancing busy work schedules. Lena didn’t just care for him—she taught him to crawl, eat with a spoon, walk, and talk. They spent hours reading books, playing outside, and engaging in activities that fostered his development. We loved receiving photos and videos throughout the day, which gave us peace of mind and made us feel connected to the joyful moments of his day while we were at work. We are incredibly grateful that Lena was part of our family during such formative months. Lena was our full time nanny for a year, until we relocated to the West Coast, and it was heartbreaking to say goodbye. Lena is truly one of a kind, and we couldn’t recommend her more highly.
