About Sofia

I am currently pursuing a PhD in cognitive ecology of mountain chickadees! I am also an artist and musician on the side. I babysat for many families in high school and college, worked for a nannying company in Sweden for two years, and as a substitute teacher for a year in Sweden! I'd describe my personality as creative, calm, and patient I like working with kids because I'm still a kid myself in many ways- I love playing pretend, doing crafts, and exploring! I'm looking for a part-time job that allows for some flexibility with a busy schedule, as I am a PhD student with a lot of other responsibilities. I am also looking for a family that I can connect with and feel comfortable with. In my spare time, I like to spend time out in nature, play with my cats or take them out on walks, play my flute or ukulele, read, draw and paint, and more! I'm a very active person!
