I took care of my parents for a year. I hired Winnie for extra help. She took the time to understand their needs and preferences and made sure that they were comfortable and well cared for. She prepared meals for them and made sure they got their medications on time. They enjoyed her companionship. She kept me updated about my parents' well-being and any concerns.
