My name is Silvana! I am a mother to three kids, ages 34, 27, and 17! I have worked as a nanny for over 30 years, and I have great references to support that! I enjoy mostly working with babies as I was a mom at a very young age and enjoy showing love to the little ones. I speak Spanish so that's one less worry for you as a family! Am very keen on organization and cleanliness, I don't do well with cats due to allergies but hypoallergenic dogs. I can make it work. I have experience with twins as young as 6 weeks old, and I still keep in contact with most of the families I have worked for! Am always open to learning new being prepared is my top priority! I know Sylvana because she worked for a family I knew over 10 years ago. I then recommended her to another friend with twins where she worked over 4 years. Her daughter helped me with my little one, so I know how she is as a mother and caregiver, and what she has taught her daughter. She is a loving and reliable person and I highly recommend her. I never had the opportunity to hire her, but would have done so in a heartbeat!
