About Sierra

Hello, I am Sierra V., a current senior at Trinity University. I come from a family of 9, having 6 younger siblings. I have helped with them greatly, as the older sister. I had taken my mom's place in nurturing and caring for my siblings after she fell sick while I was in high school. I have had experience helping with online learning and homeschool tutoring for them, as well as keeping their brains occupied with arts and crafts instead of watching television all the time. Furthermore, I have had experience with children outside the home, where I volunteered with children by working with the Zoo Camp for kids. I have also worked with kids in the Boys and Girls Clubs of San Antonio as a Youth Development Lead Specialist. From my various experiences, I understand how children learn and how to spark their creativity. I love teaching and interacting with children of all ages and would love to assist other families in need of a baby sitter or tutor.
