About Sierra

Hey there! I'm Sierra, and I've had the joy of working in childcare for quite a while. For two awesome years, I served as a computer lab teacher in a small school district in east Texas. My journey then led me to discover the world of ABA, and I've been wholeheartedly dedicated to providing top-notch ABA therapy as an RBT to my wonderful clients. From guiding 2-year-olds to 12-year-olds, I've worked on goals like echoics, identifying daily items, and building essential life skills. I find immense satisfaction in helping clients recognize their emotions and engage in positive social interactions. While I've loved my time in the ABA field, I'm now excited to fully commit to one family and support their growth and success. Outside of work, you'll catch me immersed in books, enjoying movies, and cherishing moments with my family and four-legged friends. I'm a committed individual, ready to make a positive impact!
