About Sierra

Currently, I fulfil a FT position as a Property Manager and serve as Secretary for the Board of Directors at a local non-profit dance school and company. I am the oldest of 6 kids, leaving me as primary babysitter growing up, as the youngest are 10-16 years younger than me. I babysat for several families through high school, though now I just play Auntie to my nieces and nephew! I'm a patient and relaxed person, I enjoy arts and crafts, and I'm happy to ensure house rules are met during my time with your family. I'm comfortable with all age groups and flexible to all age ranges. In my current roles strong communication, attention to detail, empathy towards others, and timeliness are a daily part of my life. I'd love the opportunity to add these skills to your experience with sitters, and a chance to add a little imagination and wonder back into my schedule by getting a chance to know your little ones!
