Hello! My name is Sidni and I've spent the last 10 years taking care of 5 different incredible families. I started with infant triplets who are now 10 years old. I lived in New Zealand as an Au Pair for three lively grade school aged kids. I cared for a family with two little girls in Overland Park from the ages of 15 months to 5 years. Currently caring for two families part time. I just graduated with a bachelors in psychology and have an evidence based approach to child care. I don't expect your kids to be "good" while I'm caring for them, I expect them to be kids! Which means I embrace all the tears, tantrums, big feelings, challenges, and joy that comes with caring for little humans. I am not looking for any permanent positions, just babysitting, one-off's, or home organization! I'm all around *parent support* with whatever that looks like for you. Caring for kids, laundry, play-room clean-up, you name it, I've got you!

Sidni was an Au pair for us (in New Zealand) for 18 months. She was an absolutely delight to have in our home. Our children loved her and ask when she is coming back! For me (the mum) she was thorough in her work, conscientious and went above and beyond to support us. She is intelligent and has great values to share. She comes from a tight knit family herself and therefore can work in an environment where things changed but keep the household moving along and the kids healthy and happy. We would have her back in a heartbeat.
