About Sierra

Children are the future, and getting to assist in the growth and development of the future is so rewarding. Kids are wildly intelligent, curious, and compassionate. When provided an environment where they are encouraged to let loose and explore, kids can do some extraordinary things. Children are often easier to understand than most adults, at least prior to puberty, because they tend to wear their emotions on their sleeve. I have yet to reach the point of parenthood myself, but I believe that my empathy allows me to connect with children on a level that even I rarely understand. Other people would likely describe me as quiet, sincere, and responsible. While I am extremely introverted, I have been known to act like an extroverted introvert - extra talkative, outgoing, and friendly. I do tend to be on the laid back side, maybe even lazy, but that just means I need to be more creative in how I get things done.
