About Shiana

I provide personal care to different age groups ranging from infant-teens. I am an experienced caregiver with years in different childcare facilities such as daycare's; primarily working with infants and toddlers and healthcare clinics, I have obtained my Registered Behavioral Therapist (RBT) certification. Given my background I am able to care for a variety of children included but not limited down syndrome, present on the spectrum, speech/OT delays and multiple children together. This had opened a new passion of mine, which led me to working one on one with a family that has a child on the spectrum for the past four years. I love working long-term with families being able to see the child development and family growth is very rewarding. I also have a deep love for animals as I always had animals in my household growing up, I still hold that love for animals as I still have dogs. I am an outdoor lover and enjoy being active. I am currently a part-time trainer & love being active!
