About Rachel

Hi! I'm Rachel and I'm looking forward to finding a family to help out during the summer. Before moving from Philadelphia to Texas for graduate school, I was a full-time nanny for a family of 5 (ages 3 months-12 years). I am currently a business owner and work with districts providing music education, which leaves my summers free to nanny! Since I'm a teacher, I have a passion for learning and enjoy planning and taking children on trips (the aquarium or children's museums for example). I also love to find things to do around water during the summer to keep kids moving and enjoying the outdoors. In addition to childcare, I don't mind doing household chores such as laundry, cooking, taking care of pets (I love animals), driving kids to their activities, etc. I have experience with children with special needs and sick children.
