About Sheridan

Hi there! I am soon migrating to the St. Louis area! I just graduated (Dec 2024) from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Ceramics, but I have worked with children since I was old enough to work. In my 10+ years of experience, I have been a live-in and live-out nanny, tutor, summer camp lead, babysitter, 2's lead teacher, preschool lead teacher, early learning center supervisor and more. I love art and all things creative but I also love helping children develop and grow socially, emotionally, etc.. Working inside an early learning center gave me TONS of training experience such as Infant Safe Sleep, Universal Precautions (administering medications), adult and infant CPR, First Aid, Childcare Essentials, Mandatory Reporting, and many more on topics of food, environment, and behaviors. I love routine, but still stay flexible for new adventures with littles. I aspire to provide be a safe but fun and engaging space for your child to grow!
