About Sheldon

I grew up in Brazil where I attended a small private boarding school. I grew up swimming in the Amazon, fishing, playing soccer and volleyball, and studying... lots of studying. While in my senior year, due to a temporary lack of staff, I volunteered to teach 3/4th grade math and 7/8th biology, both of which I loved teaching! Also in my senior year I had AP calculus and physics, which became some of my favorite classes I've ever taken. I really enjoy teaching people math and basic physics and love it when I can spread an awe of those fields with others. I'm currently in my 4th year of college (it's a 5 year program), working towards a Bachelors in Mission Aviation Technology through Moody Bible Institute. This degree has seen plenty of math and physics being put to real life applications which I think is awesome since there's always that little question in the back of your mind in high school saying, "when will I ever use this?"
