About Shavaree

As a dedicated childcare provider, I'm passionate about providing a safe and nurturing environment for children. I will have a college degree in 2026. My CPR training and Child Development Associate (CDA) certification demonstrate my commitment to the well-being and safety of the children in my care. I currently work at a medical center as a CNA as well as I work on a Richmond base at the Child development center as a Program assistant. My friendly and patient nature allows me to connect easily with children, building trust and rapport. I believe in open and respectful communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's day and promptly addressing any concerns. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I follow the parents' lead while maintaining a consistent and structured environment. I enjoy engaging children in educational games, board games, and puzzles that stimulate their minds and promote learning.
