The positive impact I had on those children's lives fueled my desire to make a more significant difference. I believe that every child deserves a safe and nurturing environment to thrive. I strive to create such an environment by being patient, calm, and friendly. I make sure to communicate openly with parents, using their preferred method, to ensure we're on the same page about their child's well-being. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I believe in following the parents' lead and working together to ensure consistency for the child. Playtime is an essential part of a child's development, so I enjoy engaging them in board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning.
