With 14+ years as a host parent for international students, I have extensive experience helping students improve their English skills in a natural and supportive way. I also incorporate creativity, movement, and even my trained bunny into lessons when applicable! As a former NASM-certified personal trainer, current certified yoga instructor, and multi-sport athlete (track, volleyball, and more), I bring an active, engaging approach to sports, fitness, and learning.
