About Sharon
Experience: 10 yrs
Taken care of many elderly ladies while in a hospice program. I have been very fortunate to have met some women who had a certain joie de vie and I loved listening to their stories (often multiple times, which was to be expected). How I wished I grew up in the 1920s and 1930s. Growing up, I was the Candy Striper at the local nursing home until I was 18. Former LNA in NH moved to MA to care for my own 98 yr old Grandmother until April 2024. She was 101 when she passed. I have an old soul and am mature. I have worked in hospice and home care since2009. I have two adult daughters and two grandchildren. I live with my male person and he has a lovely German Shepherd. I used to be a dairy goat farmer and have had many pets over the years. It is fair to say, I am very comfortable with pets.
