About Shanti

My passion is to modeling for children openness to life's opportunities for joy and learning that we are all gifted every day. I have 6 years under my belt as a childcare provider, from art classes to after school groups to nannying. I'm experienced with children of all ages, from newborns to teens. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules, as I know boundaries and routines early in life are critical to health and well-being as an adult. I believe in open communication with parents and will follow your preferred method of communication. I enjoy all kinds of activities with kids, including hands-on nature walks, art making, and tech-based games/apps. I can introduce them to a wide variety of art mediums as an experienced multimedia artist and patient teacher. I'm certified in first aid and CPR-trained. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, reading, and making art. Most importantly, I love being around children and helping them grow into their wonderful selves.
