I follow their preferred communication method, whether it's verbal updates at pickup or regular texts or phone calls. I am comfortable enforcing household rules while following the parents' lead to maintain consistency for the child, as I know how important structure can be! When it comes to playtime, I enjoy a mix of outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, reading, and arts & crafts!
