Shannon did a wonderful job with our two year old and 7 month old. My husband and I hired her for a trial 5pm-8pm date night to start getting our kiddos used to being with a caregiver besides grandparents and friends. There were some tears as we were leaving and Shannon was able to support the situation that helped our toddler know he was safe and that baby brother was protected and that we'd return home so soon. I appreciate her very much for helping and when she left my toddler said, "I like Shannon a LOT!" even with the difficulty and the tears she was able to support him and reassured him all would be ok. I would recommend Shannon to others for child care any day. She arrived on time, was responsive and kind and even reached out when I'd dropped the ball on communication.
