Hi, My name is Maggie. I've been working as a nanny for 6 years. My nannying approach is gentle, nurturing, engaging and safe. One reason I enjoy being a nanny is getting to watch a little human grow up and being a part of their milestones. I love to observe how they interact with the world as they grow while helping them learn. I love exploring, so I always encourage kids to explore, and enjoy nature. I have experience with BLW, sleep training, driving kids, taking kids to classes (gym, music, paint...). I took a certification of Positive Discipline for Families, I'm currently working on my Pediatric Sleep Consultant Certification, and I love to keep learning new things. I was a teacher of children from the ages of 6 years old to high school.

Maggie cared for our daughter from 8-15 months of age. She was extremely reliable, loving, and helpful in navigating this time in child development. She helped to educate me (as a first time mom) through all of the “firsts” and did so tactfully. She did a fantastic job in facilitating developmentally appropriate activities to help my daughter achieve milestones, get her out in the world, and socialize her with other kids. While my daughter was under Maggie’s care I never worried about whether she was okay - she is an extremely trustworthy and dependable individual. They built a beautiful relationship and we will be sad to see her move on to her next family. Our daughter wouldn’t be who she is today without Maggie’s love and care!
