I have over 5 years of childcare experience working as a paraprofessional, long term substitute teacher and RBT for children with learning disabilities and that are on the Autism Spectrum. My specialties include working with small groups of children that need extra learning support and supporting children with nonverbal communication skills. As a childcare provider, my passion lies in nurturing the growth and development of children. With 5 years of experience, I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the little ones in my care. My educational background, including coursework in early child development, equips me with the knowledge and skills to foster their intellectual, emotional, and social well-being. I'm known for my patience, creativity, and friendly nature, which help me connect with children effortlessly. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's day and addressing any concerns promptly.
