When it comes to communication, I believe in keeping parents informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. I'm happy to adapt to their preferred method of communication, whether it's verbal updates at pickup, regular text messages, or phone calls. Enforcing household rules is essential for maintaining a structured and safe environment, and I'm very comfortable doing so in a gentle yet firm manner. My experience includes caring for children of various ages, from infants to pre-teens, and I'm comfortable caring for up to three children at a time.
