About Savannah

Working in a hospital setting and multiple nursing facilities through registry has helped me gain lots of experience in effective/proper patient care and safety. I am also currently in my third year of BSN nursing school where I have clinical experience in two different hospital settings. I also have volunteered for two summers. I effectively take care of patients while maintaining a positive attitude, chart effectively, contain the knowledge of medical abbreviations, respect patients' privacy/confidentiality, properly turn patients every 2 hours, change/clean patients as needed, effectively ambulate/transfer patients, give bed baths/showers, and care for each patient with equal respect no matter their race, ethnicity, religion, nor gender. Lastly from nursing school I have experience in Foley Catheter/ NG Tube insertions, IV insertions, wound care, pressure injuries, and isolation precautions.
