About Amy

Hello! My name is Amy. I am a clinical psychology major passionate about helping those in need. I have 1 year experience working as volunteer at Huntington Memorial hospital in Pasadena as a nurses aid. There I created an open space for patients to discuss their concerns during their hospital stay. I assured their needs by bringing them meals, keeping them comfortable both emotionally and physically by playing games and nurturing them through daily conversations while reassuring them of their experience. I also have years of personal experience caring for my grandparents by bathing them, cooking, helping with medication reminders, cleaning, comforting discussions and tending to their every need.
