I am a compassionate Montessori educator with a strong understanding of child development and a passion for nurturing young children's intellectual, emotional, and physical growth. As a Lead Guide, I create organized, stimulating environments that foster independence, concentration, and a love of learning. I tailor lessons to each child's needs, building self-confidence and promoting a respectful, collaborative classroom community. My experience also includes teaching art, where I helped children develop creativity and foundational artistic skills. I hold a MACTE Early Childhood Teaching Certification from Age of Montessori and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Grand Canyon University, blending Montessori philosophy with strong communication skills to build meaningful relationships with children and families.
