About Carmen

Hi, my name is Carmen. I am 25 years old with two little boys of my own. I am a compassionate and energetic childcare provider with 3+ years of experience in caring for children from infancy to adolescence. My mission is to create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where children can thrive emotionally, socially, and intellectually. I believe in the importance of play & learning. I strive to incorporate fun educational activities that stimulate curiosity and creativity. Whether it's through arts and crafts, outdoor adventures, or storytime, I aim to inspire a love for learning in every child I care for. With a strong focus on communication, I work closely with parents to ensure their child's needs are met and that they feel secure and happy. My goal is to build trusting relationships with both children and families, fostering an environment of growth, respect, and joy. Every day is a new adventure, and I feel grateful to be a part of each child's unique journey.
