My parents are both 80 years old. My dad has trouble getting around and doing things so I go every weekend and do household chores, help with prescriptions, cook meals, laundry, and yard work. I have also helped care for my late grandmother in law with getting around, meal prepping and taking to and from appointments. She had a broken hip and back. I have always had a "connection" if you will to the older generation. I find them fascinating.
