About Samantha

I like working with kids because they are curious. I love to learn, and I love that children are so eager to learn about the world around them. I'm looking for a job that allows me to gain more experience working with children as I am hoping to go into the child psychology field. I also want to help families in any way that I can. I started working with kids when I was in high school. I tutored second grade twins sisters three times a week for a full school year. I contributed to their improved performances in math and reading. In my spare time, I like to play sports especially soccer and snowboarding. I enjoy listening to live music and going to the beach. One thing you should know about me is I am very adventurous. I love to explore the city and travel around the world. My favorite travel memory so far has been swimming in the Amazon River. My child care skills include tutoring, planning activities, and building strong bonds with children.
