I learned about this job through my mom that's been working in this field for more than 18 years. It's been one of my dreams to work with kids because you get to see the world in a different view and how kids have such a fun personality. I have two daughters of my own and it's so much fun to see how much they have grown. I have learned a lot through different children that I have taken care of, like every little child is different and special in their own way. There's always something new to learn and this job.

We would love to recommend Melinda to the next family she will be working with. Melinda helped look after our daughter from around 4/5 months to 2 years and has grown to be someone we rely on and someone our daughter has grown very fond of. She is knowledgeable about child care, and she cares for our daughter as if she were her own. She also befriended other nannies in the neighborhood and created playdate opportunities. We are able to trust Melinda completely. She is also very helpful around the house, often picking up tasks without my asking, and she has been extremely flexible with her support when we have needs outside our normal hours/routines (extra days, date nights, travel, etc.). Melinda is patient, honest and kind. The reason we are no longer going to be working with her is due to our move to another city. The next family she works with will be lucky to have her!
