I'd describe my personality as patient, kind, and attentive. I like working with kids because of their natural curiosity and excitement. I love seeing the world through their eyes and helping them explore and learn new things. I'm looking for a job that I can make a positive impact in a child's life. I started working with kids when I was younger, babysitting my little cousins whenever my aunts and uncles needed help. Taking care of them made me realize how much I enjoyed spending time with kids and helping them grow! In my spare time, I like to read and stay active, whether it's playing volleyball, hiking, or bike riding. I love traveling to new places and trying out different recipes. One thing you should know about me is that I always strive to create a fun, safe, and supportive environment. I'm very patient and reliable. A few of my caregiving skills include active listening and communication, creative projects and tutoring, and routine/schedule planning.

Marina has been an absolute lifesaver for our family. She has watched our two children (ages 4 and 7) several times, and I can honestly say we’ve never had someone so responsible and genuinely invested in their well-being. One thing that stood out to us right away was how proactive she is. On her first day, she arrived early to go over our routines and asked thoughtful questions about our kids’ needs. Once she got to know them, she even brought activity ideas tailored to their interests. Our 7-year-old loves space, and she surprised him with a fun solar system craft that kept him entertained for hours—it was so sweet! She just has a natural way with children and an understanding of how to manage different personalities. Our youngest is very shy with new people, and it’s been hard finding someone she feels comfortable with, but Marina won her over within minutes. She took the time to sit with her, ask about her favorite things, and even listened as she explained every little detail of her seashell collection. She’s also incredibly reliable and responsible—she has always showed up on time, kept us updated throughout the day/night, and followed through on everything we’ve asked of her. Any family would be beyond lucky to have Marina caring for their children—I can’t recommend her enough!
